Founded in 2009, Jaxpointe Memory Care Homes now has five residential care homes that offer memory care. The homes are located in the northwest part of the Denver metro area, in Arvada, Golden, Lakewood and Wheat Ridge.
Each Jaxpointe home has a secured environment and only accepts residents who need memory care, with a maximum of eight residents per house.
The owners of Jaxpointe Memory Care Homes are extremely involved in the day-to-day operations and activities in the homes, and there a ratio of 1 staff member to every 4 residents during the day.
Private and shared rooms are available at Jaxpointe, all of which have shared bathrooms.
Three nutritious and delicious homemade meals are prepared each day, with snacks always available for residents.
Music therapy, exercise classes, entertainment, and arts and crafts are some of the activities available at Jaxpointe Memory Care Homes. Also, each of the homes has a large, well-maintained backyard, with walking paths and a garden.
