Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) ~ Denver, Colorado
To schedule a free consultation with a Senior Advisor, please call Marnie Biln, (303) 222-5281 or e-mail marnie@seniorgevity.com.
The consultation is free to seniors, and their families and the senior advisement and placement services are also free. Marnie helps seniors and their families find communities and facilities in the Denver metro area and Front Range, including Boulder, Fort Collins and Colorado Springs.
The continuing care retirement communities (CRCCs) have all levels of care available, on the same campus or in the same complex. Independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing care – whatever is needed, it’ll be provided for a fixed, predictable monthly rate, indefinitely. The catch is that there is a “buy-in” fee which can be upwards of $250,000, and some or all of that fee might be non-refundable. These life care communities have gained in popularity in recent times and can be a great option for seniors with enough money to get in the door.
