Because all of the apartments in independent living are licensed for assisted living, you can move into an independent living unit with the peace of mind that you can transition to assisted living without ever having to move. This type of set-up is also ideal for couples, in which one partner needs a higher level of care than the other.
In independent living, there are 139 studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments, some of which have balconies with views. Each of these units has a full kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer inside the apartment. In memory care, there are 24 semi-private shared suites and private studio apartments.
Pricing at The Carillon at Belleview Station is based on a monthly rate, with additional charges for varying levels of care.
Amenities include a restaurant, bistro, private dining room, gym, wellness suite, salon and spa, theatre, game and activities lounge, reading room, 6th-floor lounge with outdoor terrace, and even valet service.
There’s no shortage of activities at The Carillon, from fitness classes to intellectual programs and lectures, scheduled outings to happy hours in the bistro. Best of all, an Alexa Dot is given to each resident, and all you have to do is “ask” about the day’s activities, and Alexa will answer.
