In all of the housing and care levels, there are close relationships between the staff and residents, and many of the staff members have been at St. Andrews for years. In assisted living, residents always have the same caregivers. In 2018, the skilled nursing facility at St. Andrews was rated “deficiency-free” by the Colorado State Health Department, a rare and very impressive achievement.
