Springbrooke Retirement Community is just that…a community. With independent living, assisted living, and memory care options available, Springbrooke could be your “forever” home.
And what a place to call home! The grounds are beautifully landscaped, with a pond, waterfall, walking paths, and other key features that make Springbrooke feel like a resort.
At Springbrooke, you can also enjoy the best of “small-town” living with a movie theater, convenience store, bistro, health and wellness center, and hair salon all on the grounds. If you enjoy activities, well, Springbrooke has plenty of those, with social, recreational, and cultural activities planned throughout the month.
Springbrooke’s complex includes 142 apartments (90 independent living, 37 assisted living, and 15 memory care). There are 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom with den, and 2-bedroom floor plans available, all of which have full kitchens and balconies, as well as complimentary laundry facilities on each floor. Each apartment has its own private balcony.
The main dining room serves delicious meals, “restaurant-style,” and there’s also an intimate, private dining room. Independent living meal options include 15, 30, or 60 lunch/dinner meals per month. In assisted living and memory care, three meals per day are included, which are ordered from the menu.
Springbrooke is both locally owned and operated, which is a rarity among senior living complexes of this size in the Denver metro area. The owners are ever-present, and the turnover among staff is exceptionally low.
