Jaden Nina loves working with seniors!
Her introduction to senior living communities began at a young age. When she was three years old, her mom started working at an assisted living community, and Jaden spent a lot of time at work with her.
During COVID, Jaden started working in the dining room of a senior living community, and later on, she began working with her mom as a senior living advisor. Together, the two of them now help seniors and their families find communities and facilities in the Denver metro area.
Jaden is passionate about “helping people find new homes that give them back their joy.” And she notes that it’s particularly rewarding to see clients “thriving in a community because they are able to have a social life again.”
Understanding that most clients are going through difficult, major life changes, Jaden’s does everything she can to make their transition easier. Her personal philosophy is to “give kindness, patience, and grace” to everyone she meets.
Born and raised in Northglenn, Jarden is married to Grey Nina, who also works at a senior living community. In her spare time, Jarden enjoys playing tennis and spending time with family and friends.
Jarden is a member of the Colorado Placement Referral Alliance, and she is also a licensed real estate agent.
Free Placement Services
Jaden’s senior placement services are always free to families. If you move into a community or facility, Jaden will receive a “placement fee” from the community. This arrangement is much like a real estate agreement, in which a real estate broker who works with potential buyers receives a commission from the seller.
The Best Fit For You
Even if Jaden doesn’t have a placement agreement with a community or facility that you are interested in, or one that she feels will be the best fit for you, she’ll nevertheless help you through the placement process. Finding the best fit – for seniors and their families – is Jaden’s mission and devotion.
Working With Jaden
Using Jaden as your senior advisor is easy. Just call (303) 222-5281, or e-mail contact@seniorgevity.com to set up your free consultation. During the consultation, Jaden will find out what you’re looking for, what you can afford, and which part of the Denver metro area you’d like to live in.
From there, she will schedule an assessment, during which she’ll meet with you (and your family, if you wish) in person for an hour or so. Once she has a clear picture of what you want and need, Jaden will compile a list of options and check with those communities and facilities about pricing and availability.
Based on her research, she’ll narrow down the list, and together, you will choose the three communities or facilities that you’d like to tour. Jaden will contact the communities to set up the tours, and she’ll accompany you on each one of them.
During the tours, she’ll be asking questions and making sure that all of your questions get answered. The goal, with each tour, is to determine whether the community or facility is the best fit for what you want and need – now and potentially in the future.
Making The Transition To Your New Home
Once you’ve chosen a community or facility, Jaden will help with the transition steps, including scheduling your assessment with the community, helping get physician orders, finding resources to ensure that your move is as smooth as possible, and just about anything else that’s needed.
After you’ve moved in, Jaden will follow up and visit you, to ensure that everything’s going well.
